What is happening in the West Bank?

Since it is not commonly used in our context, no proper understanding of settler colonialism and settlers has been formed. Unlike in our usage, this concept has a corresponding meaning both in colonialist states and in colonized societies. Indeed, under international law, settler colonialism is a crime. Of course, reaching a consensus was necessary for settler colonialism to be recognized as a crime. Consensus is the result of experience. From now on, history will have to be viewed somewhat through the window opened by this concept. American history, too, will one day certainly be examined in the context of settler colonialism. Today, it is almost impossible to understand what is happening in Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem without considering the phenomenon of settler colonialism. Those who wish to understand England's colonial history and its related characteristics will also proceed from the concept of settler colonialism.

I have previously mentioned Patrick Wolfe's article "Settler Colonialism and the Elimination of the Native" to our readers interested in settler colonialism and settlers. I also said that I would like to discuss the content of this article, even in summary form, as soon as possible. It is truly an important article. As the title suggests, the fundamental motivation in settler colonialism is the elimination of the natives. This is precisely what is happening in the historical lands of Palestine. For a hundred years, the true owners of Palestine have been systematically destroyed. Zionism was an ideology developed by England in the 19th century. What this ideology consists of can be understood by looking at Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem. We were told for years about the virtues of Western civilization. When we encountered developments incompatible with these virtues, our established ways of thinking were fundamentally shaken. If today's events are not systematically analyzed, a return to the old situation will occur one day. When that time comes, our emotions will have no corresponding meaning.

As Patrick Wolfe states in his article, Zionist settlers today are uprooting olive trees and eliminating the living conditions of native Palestinians in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, before the eyes of the entire world. The crazed Zionist settlers, even knowing they are being recorded, point weapons at Palestinians, shoot and kill them, seize their homes and fields, burn their crops in the fields before they can be harvested, and steal their livestock. Hundreds of settlers, in mobs, descend upon landowners, set their homes on fire, and burn their vehicles. They render Palestinians' belongings unusable. They have been doing the same thing since 1920. They impose terror on Palestinians. Under the British mandate, they used terror as a weapon and expelled Palestinians from their homes and lands.

From 1920 to 1947, the British mandate provided extensive opportunities to the Zionists, and now the colonial state of Israel is opening space for Zionist settlers to carry out terrorist activities. As we have tried to say above, what is happening today in the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem both reflects the British mandate and mirrors American history. Those who wish to understand England's settler colonial history in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand should also look at what is happening in the historical lands of Palestine. Since October 7, 2023, I have been trying to expose this system much more clearly. It is not possible to understand settler colonialism by looking at Jewish history and Jewish theology. The inference that England and the US are silent about what is happening today because they have submitted to Jewish power is the result of a serious error. England, the US, and Germany are accomplices to Israel's crimes, and this partnership is not the result of submission to Jewish power. Unfortunately, these countries have opened the doors to a new colonial era. Jewish settlers operate with the assurance of impunity. They know that the British and Americans will protect them on every platform. Those who think that Germany is acting out of the shame of World War II will realize their mistake too late.

Settler colonialism is not a religious issue. What motivates Zionist Jewish settlers today is British-style settler colonialism. As Patrick Wolfe said, settlers are driven by land greed. For this, they want to eliminate those living on the land. Genocide is a tool for them. They commit genocide because they want to cleanse the land of its native elements.

The world must take action to stop the Anglo-Saxons.
