Influencer lists items Israel has blocked from entering Gaza for 19 years

A social media influencer has responded to those who call Hamas terrorists by reading out a list of goods that the Israeli regime has kept out of Gaza over the past 19 years. Her list ranged from anesthesia, oxygen tanks, cancer medication, wheelchairs and insulin pens to baby formula, nappies, meat, eggs, coffee, crayons, books, soap, blankets and wedding dresses. She said more than 430 food items alone had been banned for 2 million people. She went on to ask what to call a government that keeps food from children and medicine from hospitals, describing the blockade as collective punishment and a siege. “Labels don’t matter. Lists do,” she said.

Retired colonel warns Israel’s ‘geography’ would change in 24 hours if it attacks Türkiye

🇹🇷 Retired Turkish General Staff colonel Dr Çağlar Özer warns the genocidal Israeli regime against any physical confrontation with Türkiye, including a missile strike on the NATO member, in a live broadcast. “If Israel loses its mind and does something crazy that brings it into physical contact with Türkiye, if it says, ‘let me fire a missile at a NATO member, let me open a front against Türkiye,’ then 24 hours later Israel’s geography changes. And Turkish commanders go and drink their morning coffee in Tel Aviv. I am saying this openly and clearly,” he said.

🇮🇳 A 94-page report by the Istanbul-based Worldwide Lawyers Association (WOLAS) argues that India’s rule over Jammu and Kashmir has shifted from long-running military occupation to a “structural settler-colonial project” since New Delhi revoked the region’s special status in 2019. It documents mass detention, home demolitions and demographic engineering, and concludes that the violations amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The report, titled “Longest Siege,” cites figures of 96,502 people killed between January 1989 and August 2026, more than 184,000 civilians arrested and over 110,000 homes and structures destroyed or damaged. It also details a security relationship with the genocidal Israeli regime, citing Israeli-supplied drones, rifles and guided munitions, and puts annual Indian defense spending with Israel at about $1 billion.

ICC-wanted war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party has accused Arab parties of “stealing” Tuesday’s Knesset election after Palestinian citizens of Israel voted in high numbers. In a written statement, Likud claimed votes were stolen at many polling stations in heavily Palestinian areas, said it had handed hundreds of testimonies and pieces of evidence to police, the Shin Bet and the Central Elections Committee, and urged the committee to act immediately on what it called serious irregularities.

According to Israeli media, the count so far, excluding double-envelope ballots, gives Netanyahu’s ruling bloc 53 seats and the opposition bloc led by former army chief Gadi Eisenkot 48, while parties representing Palestinian citizens win a record 19. That leaves neither side at the 61 seats needed to form a government in the 120-seat Knesset. The Central Elections Committee says it is reviewing Likud’s claims.

Maybelline New York and its parent company, L’Oréal, are facing calls for a boycott on social media after Israeli model Daniella Halfon, 23, was chosen to front a global advertising campaign. The campaign is set to run across 110 to 130 countries.

Critics argue that companies that support Zionism or maintain ties with the genocidal Israeli regime risk using mainstream advertising to normalise Israel’s atrocities in Gaza and divert attention from the devastation inflicted on Palestinians. They say consumers should hold such brands accountable and reject attempts to use global marketing campaigns to improve Israel’s image.

Ben-Gvir boasts of cutting Palestinian prisoners’ food

🍽️ Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has showcased food items to highlight restrictions on meals provided to Palestinian detainees, claiming credit for reducing their rations. In a video message, Ben-Gvir moves plates containing meat, sweets, nuts, baklava, knafeh, fruit and pita bread across his desk. He says lamb, nuts and seasonal fruit are no longer included in the detainees’ meals. Referring to Palestinian prisoners as people whom he falsely claims murdered girls and babies, he dismisses potential criticism from left-wing figures and the media, saying they can call him the “Minister of Pitas” or the “Minister of Olives”. “I am proud that I took all of this away from them,” Ben-Gvir says in the video.

🇨🇦🇹🇷 Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has commented on defence cooperation with Türkiye, saying on October 23 that Canada is open to both buying Turkish military capabilities and building defence industry partnerships.

Speaking to reporters in Istanbul during his visit to Türkiye, Carney discussed energy, defence, Ukraine and trade with the USA. He said Canadian Energy and Natural Resources Minister Tim Hodgson and Export Development Canada head Alison Nankivell had held talks the day before, that the contacts would continue and that private sector representatives would also meet. On energy, he pointed to Türkiye’s large demand and its wish to diversify supplies, with clean energy at the centre, and said talks on Canadian CANDU reactors had intensified, with the Turkish government possibly deciding toward the end of the year, perhaps around COP31.

“I believe about 80 percent of Türkiye’s defence needs are produced here. That is not the case in Canada. We have a lot to learn from Türkiye about what kind of industry we can create in our country,” he said.

Carney added that he would lean toward a partnership offering complementary technologies, citing defence cooperation between Türkiye and Ukraine as an example, and noted Türkiye’s progress in drone technology. He said he had discussed support for Ukraine with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, that Canada coordinates that support directly with Ukraine rather than through the EU, and that he had spoken several times in the past week with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy about Ukraine’s defence situation and Starlink. Asked about reports that SpaceX CEO Elon Musk ordered Starlink slowed, he said a slowdown would have humanitarian consequences, including loss of life, and that Canada does not want to depend on a single service provider. He also said Canada has no intention of interfering in US democratic processes, is ready to negotiate a trade deal with the USA and will not become the 51st US state.

Indian woman criticises Modi gov’t over Israeli visitors

🇮🇳 A woman in India has criticised the Modi government for allowing Israeli soldiers to visit the country, arguing that some Israeli visitors have served in military operations in Gaza, Lebanon and Syria. In an interview, she argued that some visitors were involved in genocide and war crimes and said Israeli-only establishments were emerging in parts of India. She also referred to a video showing an Italian woman being denied entry to a restaurant or Chabad house. The woman argued that such incidents reflected exclusionary practices and a hierarchy within Indian communities. She said the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government was unlikely to act because of its close ties with Israel, urging ordinary Indians to challenge these practices when encountering Israeli visitors in Dharamshala and Dharamkot.

📊 🇮🇳 An analysis of police shootings in Uttar Pradesh linked to alleged cow smuggling has found that Muslims accounted for nearly 93% of those injured since 2020. The review, conducted by the Washington-based Center for the Study of Organized Hate and the Associated Press, covered 645 incidents involving 772 victims. In 627 of those cases where names or identifying details were available, researchers were able to assess the victims' backgrounds.

The researchers said injuries were frequently to the lower leg just below the knee and that the count, based only on police-publicized incidents, is likely an undercount. The data comes as police encounters have intensified under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who took office in March 2017. Police figures obtained by the AP show 12,890 injured and 316 killed in encounters through Oct. 13, 2026, including 110 Muslims. Muslims make up about a fifth of the state's population.
