Turkish drone Songar successfully fires homegrown mini rockets
A domestically produced mini rocket was integrated into Turkey's first national armed drone system. Asisguard, which developed the armed drone Songar, and Troy Technology Defense, which produces military-grade high-explosives, warheads successfully tested the drone equipped with mini rockets.

Turkey's first domestically made car makes global debut in Las Vegas
Turkiye's first domestically produced car made its public debut Wednesday at CES 2022, the world's largest consumer electronics show being held in the U.S. city of Las Vegas. "We define ourselves as a technology company. That is why we are at CES, the gathering place for the latest technological innovations and firsts," Gurcan Karakas, the CEO of Turkiye’s Automobile Joint Venture Group (TOGG), the consortium that developed the car, said during a press conference at the event.

Furious man blows up his Tesla over high cost of battery replacement in Finland
A disappointed Tesla owner in Finland, Tuomas Katainen, blew up his high-end electric vehicle using around 30 kg of dynamite after he was asked to pay $22,000 for a battery pack replacement. The 26-year-old has also strapped an effigy of Tesla founder Elon Musk to the car's front seat.
