Dispute over t-shirt?

During a visit to the former Mauthausen concentration camp in Austria, a pro-Israel visitor confronted a student who was wearing a T-shirt featuring the Palestinian flag, objecting to the garment being worn at the memorial site.

The woman criticized the presence of what she described as a political symbol at a location dedicated to the remembrance of Nazi victims and argued that such displays were inappropriate. She challenged accompanying teachers over the student’s attire.

One of the teachers responded that the T-shirt represented opposition to the killing of Palestinians and linked it to the war in Gaza.
