Victims trapped as investigation begins
Rescue personnel have identified 17 women and eight men among the deceased, while the identities of the remaining victims have yet to be confirmed. Most of the dead were discovered trapped inside the restaurant's restrooms, rescue officials said.
Firefighters and rescue workers transported injured survivors to nearby hospitals for treatment, according to Thai PBS. The cause of the deadly blaze was not immediately known, and investigators have launched a probe into the incident.
