'Crystal nights’

Surely there are those who are capable of – but not strong enough to – carrying out a coup in Berlin. Surely the coup plotters “who have been caught” do not have that power. Surely those who conducted a coup on putschists are not “local nationals.” Surely the enemy never sleeps, but what they did is support the government whose pro-American and Green sentiments started to reveal, especially while their Ukraine obligations are clear. 

 That is all. 

 Hence, half a dozen columnists in our newspapers for example, “presented” to you on Monday the information already provided by agencies, without adding anything more, thinking, “this people will buy under a 'flashy' headline like, 'Coup in Germany.'”  

 My dear friend, the Ukraine war is also a U.S.-Europe, a Translatlantic war. Will the “remains” of the imperial or Nazi era fall into that trap? Will their acquis invest intellect on making a man almost in his 80s king, a gourmet chef master chef? 

 "Right-wing networks,” cells from recent-early history likely to take root, have always existed wthin the German security circle, and are active. A problem arises every year within either the armed forces or the intelligence organization. The media exposes it, and the subject remains on the headlines, cover stories, a scandal breaks out, and the governments will “pursue it.” It never bleeds out fully, and nobody – can – treat it. Berlin and Washington always have an eye on them. 

 It might not be the best comparison, but similar to the activity in the “middle generation” in some U.S. states during war and/or economic crisis periods – the latest and peak example is the Capitol attack on Jan. 6, 2021 - “extreme manifestations” emerge in Germany as well. But these are generally at the “testing the waters” level. They cannot go beyond this, because they know they are under invasion, and that the necessary adjustment required “time, consistence, and network.” 

There is a general economic crisis today in Europe, particularly in Germany. Not only that but a war as well. The “far right” is rising in Europe, as well as in Germany. 

But an armed far-right uprising/coup that would take over the military, oust the federal government, and raise a flag against the parliament is impossible! 

 Therefore, the “deep Berlin” state really knows what the attack against “Reichbürger” is. The first is the, “look at the acrobat, not what the government is doing, and continue the war” operation, and the second is the, “I have not forgotten you” message. It is a coup against the “deep Berlin” in this sense! 

 The message is addressed to others as well: Some European countries that are against the Ukraine war, that are disturbed by U.S. pressure on Europe received this “coup letter”/memorandum as well. 

Poland’s strange demand for $1.3 trillion to compensate for the losses it faced in World War II is a move from the same position. NATO is behind it, the U.S. is behind it. 

It will make a very strong reference to the opposition developing against Chancellor Scholz’s government as well. 

 There is already a clue of association between one of the opposition parties (AfD) and the coup plotters. Why was this party, which boosts its political performance through opposition to the EU and pro-Atlanticism, elected? 

 The chancellor wrote the following in Foreign Affairs: “Germany is ready to do whatever is necessary to sustain Ukraine’s security post-war. However, we will not accept the illegal annexation of Ukraine's land. Russia must withdraw its troops in order to end this war.” 

 In brief, this translates to, “the war will go on.” 

 But the current German government’s Ukraine reading reflects to world media – including our own media – as, “Putin is determined to continue the war”!  

Germany is taking up arms now. It is going to spend tens of billions of euros towards this. It is going to pour the money on American weapons, including F-35s. Some experts claim, “it will not be able to find the money in such a crisis period,” but the U.S. will take it. Let alone, this is not the issue. The problem is how Europe will react to such a Germany, a country that has unquestionable special talent and capacity regarding militarization, and that has shown examples in the past. 

 This is a big problem. 

 First, Paris and Berlin will have a fallout. Europe’s core will crack. This is exactly what the U.S. and U.K. want. Forget the rest. Its waves will hit all of Europe. There are countless examples. The German project to “undertake Europe’s security,” for example, constantly excludes France from concrete deals. 

 As you will recall, it was before the war in December 2021, when Russia offered certain “security items” to the West. This included NATO to stop expanding any further, but it generally required the European security structure to guarantee Russia’s interests. French President Emmanuel Macron only 10 days ago, on Dec. 4, said, “We need to plan what we will guarantee to Russia,” with a subtle reference to Russia’s proposal. 

 This statement is very openly a reflection of the objection voiced by various European circles that the U.S. is making gains from the war through Europe. 

 Thus, the “coup show” was to distract from all this, and what the government is doing. 

 But one “caution” note: The fact that Germany is taking up arms, those old remains that are against the U.S. and Transatlantic structures, are not being criticized by the "coup plotters.” 

Everyone, including the U.S./U.K., should remember that there is no joking with Germany!
