Turkish deputy PM Ali Babacan to visit U.S.

Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan will depart on Tuesday for the United States on an official visit to attend the third Ministerial Meeting of Turkey-US Economic and Trade Cooperation Framework (ETSIC).
In a statement on the issue, it was said the ministerial meeting will be held tomorrow in Washington.
Turkey will be represented in the meeting by a delegation headed by Babacan, including Economy Minister Nihat Zeybekci and representatives from relevant agencies.
U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzke and Trade Representative Michael Froman will participate the meeting from U.S. side.
Babacan and Zeybekci said to also join a roundtable meeting with American investors and corporate sector representatives at the US Chamber of Commerce.
