Turkey's aid agency distributed vital foodstuffs to thousands of starving people in northern Kenya's Turkana region. Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) on Saturday distributed the foodstuffs in Kapus village which is one of the most affected regions by drought.
