Turkiye’s Africa policy rooted in conscience and kinship, says President Erdoğan

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan emphasized Turkiye’s deep historical and ethical ties with Africa during his address at the AK Party Parliamentary Group Meeting. He stated, "Africa and African peoples are our siblings. Fulfilling the requirements of this brotherhood is our duty."

Erdoğan highlighted that Turkiye has maintained these relations without compromise for two decades. "We have not cast a shadow over these ties for 20 years, and God willing, we will not do so in the future," he affirmed, reinforcing Turkiye’s commitment to a conscience-based foreign policy.
