Ussuriysk submerged under water following dam collapse in Russia
After the collapse of a dam constructed to prevent floodings in Ussuriysk, Russia, the Ministry of Emergency Situations along with volunteers took action to evacuate civilians to safer areas. Approximately 200 individuals were displaced due to the flooding.
