Health Ministry reports 108 still hospitalized as conflict enters fourth week, with casualties rising from sustained drone and missile strikes.

Israel's Health Ministry announced Monday that 60 additional people were wounded in Iranian attacks, pushing the total number of injuries since late February beyond 4,700. The updated figures underscore the continuing toll of Tehran's retaliatory campaign.

Casualty figures climb

According to the ministry, 4,773 people have now been injured by Iranian missiles and drones since the conflict began on Feb. 28. Of those, 108 remain hospitalized. The latest injuries come from attacks carried out Monday, marking another day of sustained strikes against Israeli territory.

Conflict continues

The rising casualty count reflects the ongoing escalation since the US and Israel launched their joint offensive against Iran on Feb. 28, which has killed more than 1,340 people including former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Tehran has responded with persistent drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, Jordan, Iraq and Gulf countries hosting US military assets, causing casualties and infrastructure damage while disrupting global markets and aviation.

No end in sight

With the conflict now in its fourth week and no diplomatic resolution emerging, both sides continue military operations. Israel's mounting injury toll highlights the human cost of Iran's sustained retaliatory campaign, even as US-Israeli strikes continue to target Iranian military and leadership infrastructure.
