In a Telegram post, he confirmed that a young woman died from injuries sustained when drone debris struck a private home. Three other individuals were reported injured, with one hospitalized for abdominal wounds. The attack damaged over ten apartment buildings, numerous private homes, a school, and several administrative structures, according to local authorities.

Ukrainian Reports of Russian Strikes
In Ukraine, officials reported overnight Russian drone attacks targeting critical infrastructure. Vitalii Bunechko, governor of the northwestern Zhytomyr region, stated that strikes hit key facilities, resulting in two workers being hospitalized with moderate injuries. Separately, Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported four injuries and significant property damage in the village of Movchany, south of Kharkiv, including a fire spanning approximately 150 square meters.

Conflicting Interception Claims
The Russian Defense Ministry asserted that its air defenses shot down 33 Ukrainian drones overnight, with 17 intercepted over the Voronezh region. Conversely, Ukraine's Air Force claimed on Telegram that it successfully intercepted 125 out of 154 drones launched by Russia. These conflicting accounts highlight the ongoing information war surrounding the effectiveness of aerial defenses as both nations employ drone warfare extensively.
