Trump claims Iran 'surrendered,' warns of more strikes

President Donald Trump declared Saturday that Iran has apologized to neighboring countries and promised to halt attacks following sustained US-Israeli military pressure. Trump warned of further strikes against previously untargeted areas, as Tehran's ambitions to dominate the region have been halted for "the first time in thousands of years."
President Donald Trump announced Saturday that Iran has capitulated to its Middle Eastern neighbors following the relentless US-Israeli military campaign, claiming Tehran apologized and committed to ceasing further attacks. In a Truth Social post, Trump declared that "Iran, which is being beat to HELL, has apologized and surrendered to its Middle East neighbors, and promised that it will not shoot at them anymore."

Historic Defeat Claimed
Trump asserted that Iranian ambitions to dominate the region have been permanently crushed, stating "It is the first time that Iran has ever lost, in thousands of years, to surrounding Middle Eastern Countries." He rebranded Iran from "Bully of the Middle East" to "THE LOSER OF THE MIDDLE EAST," predicting decades of decline until "they surrender or, more likely, completely collapse." The president added that regional leaders had expressed gratitude for the campaign's success.

Escalation Warning
Despite claims of Iranian surrender, Trump warned of additional military action, stating: "Today Iran will be hit very hard! Under serious consideration for complete destruction and certain death, because of Iran's bad behavior, are areas and groups of people that were not considered for targeting up until this moment in time." The threats came as the US-Israeli offensive, which has killed more than 1,000 Iranians including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, continues into its second week.
