Erdogan pledges joint Gulf initiative for Gaza reconstruction efforts

Speaking to journalists during his return flight from a regional diplomatic tour, the president outlined Ankara's commitment to providing comprehensive support through a multinational task force for Gaza's recovery.

Multilateral Reconstruction Framework

Erdogan revealed that detailed discussions are underway regarding the establishment of a multifaceted Gaza task force that would coordinate reconstruction initiatives. "We will take this step together with the Gulf countries," the president stated, indicating a collaborative approach to addressing Gaza's extensive infrastructure damage and humanitarian needs following recent hostilities.

Pressure on Israel and Arms Embargo Calls

The Turkish leader advocated for increased international pressure on Israel to ensure compliance with ceasefire commitments, specifically calling for sanctions and arms embargoes against the Israeli government. Regional Defense Cooperation
