Istanbul Financial Center wins three TITAN property awards, cementing global status

The Istanbul Financial Center (IFM) has secured three prestigious accolades at the U.S.-based TITAN Property Awards, marking a major international achievement for Türkiye’s flagship financial hub.
Organized by the International Awards Associate (IAA), the TITAN Property Awards program recognizes the world’s most distinguished projects in real estate, architecture, and interior design. IFM was honored in three categories: Commercial High-Rise, Mixed-Use Development, and Office Development.
The awards validate IFM’s ambition to create a world-class ecosystem integrated with global financial markets. The center earned the highest distinction, Platinum Winner, in both the Mixed-Use Development and Commercial High-Rise categories, thanks to its holistic urban planning approach that seamlessly blends residential, retail, office, entertainment, and public spaces.
In the Office Development category, IFM received a Gold Winner award, recognized for its user-centered design approach, workplace quality standards, and overall employee experience.

The TITAN Property Awards evaluate projects completed within the last five years based on creativity, quality, and vision. IFM stood out for its integrated urban planning model, which brings multiple functions together within a single, cohesive structure.
