Bihar CM faces backlash

At a recent government function in Bihar, India, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar sparked controversy after a video showed him pulling down a Muslim woman’s hijab.

The incident took place while he was distributing appointment letters to AYUSH doctors. In the footage, Kumar first pointed at the woman’s headscarf and then abruptly pulled it down, prompting public outrage and criticism over his actions toward the woman’s religious attire.
