Guinean president dissolves government
In Guinea, the military leader in power announced the dissolution of the government, which has been in office since July 2022, in a video released on the presidential page on Monday. He stated that "the management of daily affairs will be provided by cabinet directors, general secretaries, and assistant general secretaries until a new government is formed."

Albayrak Group carries out sanitation work in the city of Kinshasa
As part of its waste management and recovery activities, and following a contract signed with the provincial government of Kinshasa in February 2022, the Albayrak Group carried out sanitation work in the Congolese capital this January. With the aim of cleaning up the Congolese capital, Kinshasa, and following on from a partnership between City Hall and the Turkish company Albayrak, the group began carrying out sanitation work. The removal of sand and waste is being carried out by the Albayrak Group, which has over twenty years' experience in the field, following the signing of a contract between the provincial government of Kinshasa and the Turkish company in February 2022.

Coup Plotters in Niger stage display of power with 30,000 people at stadium
After the coup on July 26th in Niger, tens of thousands of people, seeking to demonstrate their support for the junta, filled the country's largest stadium. In Niamey, supporters of the coup gathered at the General Seyni Kountche Stadium in response to the call of the National Committee fort he Salvation of the People (CNSP), just hours before the expiration of the deadline given by the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) for the junta. With the approximately 30-thousand-person capacity stadium completely packed, CNSP members also made a show of strength and were applauded for minutes

Exploring Cape Agulhas: a spectacular journey to Africa's southern tip
Spectacular footage shows the breathtaking beauty of Cape Agulhas, where the Atlantic and Indian oceans converge, on Wednesday. As the southernmost point of Africa, it surpasses the Cape of Good Hope, situated two and a half hours away from Cape Town by land. The name Agulhas, meaning "needles" in Portuguese, refers to the compass needles that point in different directions at this location.
