Israeli forces blindfold, drag away former Palestinian minister in Hebron

According to the official Palestinian news agency WAFA, Israeli troops stormed al-Bekri’s building in the Al-Hawuz area of central Hebron.
Detention of aid official and reporter
Al-Bekri, who also serves as head of the Islamic Charitable Association, was seized with his eyes and hands bound. During the raid, Israeli forces also detained WAFA reporter Jawad al-Tamimi along with other Palestinians. Al-Bekri’s current condition and whereabouts remain unknown, raising serious concerns among local sources.
Ongoing West Bank crackdown
The detention is the latest in a series of Israeli military operations across the occupied West Bank, where arrests and home raids have intensified.
