Two Palestinians, including a child, were injured Thursday evening in a series of attacks by Israeli occupiers across several areas of the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, according to Palestinian media. Official Palestinian news agency Wafa said settlers attacked the Rajabi family with stones in the Silwan neighborhood south of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied East Jerusalem, injuring a child in the face. The child, identified as Mohammed Nidal Al-Rajabi, suffered facial injuries.
Attacks in Beit Iksa
Northwest of Jerusalem, settlers also attacked the village of Beit Iksa, assaulting residents and injuring one Palestinian, according to Wafa. The agency said a group of settlers entered the outskirts of the village and attacked residents before spraying pepper gas at several Palestinians, causing suffocation and burns to the face and eyes.
West Bank escalation
In the northern West Bank, settlers attacked the village of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya, south of Nablus, and tried to damage residents' property before local youths confronted them and forced them to flee. In the south, armed settlers attacked Palestinian farmers in the village of Al-Deirat in the Masafer Yatta area south of Hebron and assaulted residents before Israeli forces stormed the village and detained one Palestinian.

Harvest disruption
Israeli forces also detained several Palestinians in the Wadi Ajheish area and prevented them from harvesting crops after settlers attacked a local family and stole part of their agricultural produce. Since October 2023, attacks by the Israeli army and settlers have killed 1,155 Palestinians, wounded about 11,750, and led to the arrest of nearly 22,000.
