New governors reshuffle in Turkey
Turkish official journal, Resmi Gazete, has revealed a list of newly appointed governors across several Turkish provinces.
While 19 governors were transferred to other provinces, 12 were appointed back to the central governor's office in Ankara.
Adana Governor Huseyin Avni Cos was appointed to the Sakarya governor's office. Tunceli governor Hakan Yusuf Guner was appointed to Afyonkarahisar governor's office.
The governors from Burdur, Bartin, Batman, Edirne, Gumushane, Hakkari, Kars, Manisa, Mardin, Ordu, Rize and Siirt provinces were brought back to the central governor's office in Ankara.
