Forklift fiasco crushes woman to death

A woman in the industrial park in Taizhou Jiaojiang, China, sees a forklift tilting forward with the back rising up in the air and grabs the forklift from the back to give it weight. She accidentally slips when the back lands on the ground and becomes pinned underneath the industrial forklift! She was crushed by the weight and died from the accident. To make matters worse, the forklift operator, unaware of what has happened, moved forward, bringing her under the back tires and the workers on the scene were not able to lift the forklift off! Then the operator moved the forklift forward a little, which released her body. The women worker died on the spot and an investigation was opened.
