50 Years of Handmade Leather

In Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this traditional craft has been passed down through his family for generations. Now 50 years old, he has been making handmade leather goods since childhood, following the techniques he learned from his grandfather and father. Using sheep, cow and camel leather, he continues to preserve the craftsmanship behind the traditional Zubairiya while also developing new designs and methods by hand.
