The Zionists are trying to transform the nearly 60‑year‑old occupation regime in the West Bank into a permanent system. Palestinians, forced to abandon their homeland, have been resisting the occupation for 60 years. The Palestinians' unwavering self‑defense only further enrages the Zionists.

Zionist violence escalates every year. The so‑called rules‑based, liberal, international legal order is powerless to curb the Zionist‑racist‑fascist settlement regime. Beyond powerlessness, there is open and covert support. No regime in the world is shown the tolerance that Israel receives. This "exceptional" status exposes the true face of the international legal order.

Spoiled by US and Western support, the Zionists recognize no rights or laws. Subject to no sanctions, the Zionists have broken every agreement made with the Palestinians. Through this, the number of settlers in the West Bank has surpassed 700,000. Now, it is the settlers who determine Israel's policies.

The settlers are also trying to seize parts of Syria and Lebanon. As long as US and Western patronage continues, they will not stop. Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz, during a visit to the illegal Ganim settlement in the West Bank, said, "This is our ancestral land, we will stay here forever," signaling their intent to strengthen the settlements.

Genocidal Netanyahu also argued that as long as he remains Prime Minister, a "Palestinian State" would not be established. Apart from around 30 countries, the overwhelming majority of the United Nations recognizes Palestine. Israel derives its power to challenge the UN from the US. The collapse of the American Empire will also come at Israel's hands. Most Americans are aware of this and are trying to rid themselves of Israel.

Even though the US entered war for Israel, Israel does nothing that the US tells it to do. Israel is indifferent to Trump being bogged down in Iran and the hardships ordinary Americans face in their daily lives due to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. This offends both right‑wing and left‑wing Americans who say "America First." This is why unconditional support for Israel has become a toxic element in American politics. The fight is growing.

Zionist settlers also besieged the home of a Palestinian American citizen in the West Bank. The attacks by settlers trying to forcibly evict the family became so repulsive that even the so‑called US Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, was forced to speak out.

Huckabee, one of the leading figures of Christian Zionism in America, labeled this settler group as "outlaws" and "terrorists." Huckabee also said that with the US Embassy's intervention, the Israeli army and police intervened against the settler group, but it was immediately clear that this was a token intervention.

Huckabee believes that the West Bank is among the lands promised to the Jews and that Israel has the right to seize these lands. When visiting a settler group, Huckabee said of the lands that were officially recognized by the US as the "West Bank" until the Trump era: "I have never used a term other than 'Judea and Samaria.' Using any other term would be a historical injustice and a denial of the Bible." In June, at a conference in the occupied West Bank, Huckabee said, "Without Israel, America wouldn't exist either. We owe our existence to what happened on this land."

The fact that a Christian Zionist like Huckabee had to label some settlers as "outlaws" shows the gravity of the situation. In a later statement, Huckabee tried to distinguish this group from other occupiers. According to Huckabee, this group does not represent all settlers. In this way, Huckabee was fulfilling his duty to exonerate the settlers.

On the other hand, Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz announced that the authorities used by the Israeli army in the West Bank would be transferred to the Israeli police. Accordingly, all responsibility for settlements, settlers, and civilian matters will belong to the Israeli police. With this transfer, policing powers will fall under the command of National Security Minister Ben‑Gvir, one of the most extreme annexationist ministers.

Katz's statement is a step toward the de facto implementation of the annexation of the West Bank. As long as US and Western support continues, Israel will not stop; it will continue to sink its teeth into Syria, Lebanon, and beyond. Military occupation first, then settlers, then forced displacement, and finally annexation. This is how the Zionist expansion machine has operated since 1948.
