The genocidal Netanyahu, who has become quite adept at raining tons of bombs from the air on some 2 million Palestinians squeezed into a narrow strip in Gaza, slaughtering tens of thousands of children and women, is now practically dive-bombing into concrete by targeting Türkiye through Syria. Israel must be very careful when choosing an "enemy"—the consequences of a wrong choice could be "fatal."
Netanyahu, who dreams of making Israel the region's so-called hegemon by leaning on America's back, is trying to block the path to a stable, centralized Syrian state. Instead of a central government, the Zionists expect a Syria divided along ethnic lines to be like a docile sheep. After the fall of the Assad regime, Israel is trying to destroy both Syria's military infrastructure and its social fabric.
Seeing Ankara's cooperation with the current administration as a hostile move, Netanyahu, with his bird-sized brain, deludes himself into thinking he is teaching Türkiye a lesson. Netanyahu is so spoiled and conceited that he can't see beyond his own nose—he is playing with fire.
There is a famous saying attributed to Lenin, the founding leader of the Soviet Union: "Probe with bayonets. If you encounter something soft, advance; if you encounter steel, retreat." Although whether Lenin actually said this is disputed, the phrase has entered the sources in this form. This saying is largely accepted as a summary of early Soviet strategy.
Other sources, however, state that Lenin, at the 9th Conference of the Bolshevik Central Committee on September 20, 1920, spoke of "probing with a bayonet whether the Polish proletariat is ready for revolution." It is said that the saying, in its current form and meaning, was first used in 1975 by the famous American journalist Joseph Alsop, who was linked to the CIA. In one of his articles, Alsop wrote: "They [the Soviets] follow Lenin's advice, probing every situation that appears soft with a bayonet, and only retreating when the bayonets strike steel."
The saying gained fame when US President Richard Nixon used it in his memoirs (1978), attributing it to Soviet activities, as Alsop had done. This phrase is used as a famous tactical metaphor for testing the balance of force and resistance of an opponent.
This aphorism is also used in political and military strategy to express the tactic of "probing the opponent's resistance and, if weakness is sensed, pressing forward; if met with firm and strong resistance, holding back or withdrawing." This aphorism is also frequently brought up in relation to Vladimir Putin.
Political strategists in America also use this aphorism in the struggle between Republicans and Democrats, advising: "Probe them with a bayonet, find their weak points, and then stab them there." As you can see, this aphorism has all kinds of uses.
Israel is doing the same thing in Syria, testing Türkiye as it thinks fit. It is trying to disrupt Türkiye's gravity, its composure, and its efforts to bring peace and tranquility to the region. According to a Zionist strategist, the latest attack is not an isolated incident, but part of a broader campaign over Syria's future and the new balance of power in the Middle East.
Another Zionist writer portrays the Damascus government's unification of Syria and its rebuilding of the army and air defense systems as a very serious threat to Israel. Arguing that Israel should use the Kurds, Druze, Alawites, and Christians, the author continues: "Israel must stop seeing Syria as a sum of isolated targets. The source of the threat is not a single air base, convoy, or weapons depot. The source of the threat is the regime itself. The al-Sharaa regime must not be allowed to remain in power."
Netanyahu and his cronies, who try to sell even the genocide as Israel's "right to self-defense," see Syria's efforts to develop its own defense capacity as a "threat." The criminal Netanyahu dreams of a weak, fragmented Syria that he can bomb, invade, and sink his teeth into whenever he pleases.
The genocidal Netanyahu, by continuing to dig with his bayonet inside a pit, is actually digging his own grave. He is so lost and blinded that he cannot calculate that when he encounters unyielding steel, he will not be able to get out of that pit.
History is highly instructive about the fate of tyrants who find snow falling on the mountains they trusted. That fate is also destined for Netanyahu, who has taken the curse of tens of thousands of children whose lives were extinguished.
