French daredevil breaks world record for standing atop massive hot-air balloon

A 28-year-old Frenchman by the name of Remi Ouvrard has set a new world altitude record by standing atop a hot-air balloon at a peak altitude of 4,016 meters (13,175 feet) above sea level on Wednesday. The stunt was dedicated to raising money for rare neuromuscular diseases.
