Turkey begins countdown for national anti-aircraft cannon
As Turkey's progress in the field of defense steadily continues, evidently observed in the success of its cross-border military operations, the countdown has now begun for its domestically-produced anti-aircraft canon to enter the Turkish Armed Forces' (TAF) inventory. The Mechanical and Chemical Industry Corporation, known by its Turkish acronym MKEK, successfully test-fired the 25 milimeter anti-aircraft explosive rounds at its factory in the country's central province of Çankırı on Sunday.
