Turkey's Zorlu Energy to set up Asia company

The investments will focus on renewable energy in Asia

Turkey's Zorlu Energy will set up a company in Dubai to make investments in Asia, the company said late on Thursday.

Zorlu said the investments would be mainly focused on renewable energy.

The company, which will be named "Zorlu Enerji Asia Limited," will be set up with an initial capital of $50,000.

The Zorlu Energy Group was founded upon the establishment of Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Üretim Inc. (Zorlu Energy) in 1993.

The group of companies serves on a global scale in different fields of the energy sector.
