Russian SU-24 warplane flies near US warship as tensions rise in Black Sea
A Russian warplane on Sunday flew low near the United States' guided-missile destroyer, the USS Donald Cook, which was operating on its NATO mission in the Black Sea. After reaching the Black Sea on Jan. 25, the U.S. ship's every move have been closely followed by Russian air force SU-30 and SU-24 warplanes. Moscow's next move was to deploy 'Bastion' coastal missile systems on the Crimean coast.
