Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah win Wimbledon men’s doubles title
Colombian tennis players Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah won Wimbledon men’s doubles title on Saturday, becoming first Colombians to reach a Grand Slam victory in men’s doubles.
The second seeds defeated their French opponents Nicolas Mahut and Edouard Roger-Vasselin 6-7(5), 7-6(5), 7-6(6), 6-7(5), 6-3 to lift their first major trophy after four hours and 57 minutes of an epic match.
The final of women's doubles will be played on Centre Court, after the men's singles final between world number one Novak Djokovic and eight-time champion Roger Federer, between Czech Barbora Strycova, Taiwan's Su-Wei Hsieh and Canada's Gabriela Dabrowski and China's Yifan Xu.
