Epstein pilot’s email warns plane may be ex-CIA “torture” aircraft used in renditions

A newly released email from the Epstein files shows his pilot warning that a Boeing jet previously linked to the CIA’s extraordinary rendition program could cause issues during travel, especially in the Middle East.
A recently disclosed email from the Jeffrey Epstein files reveals that the late financier’s pilot expressed concerns that a private aircraft under consideration had a history of being used by the CIA in its extraordinary rendition program. In the 2017 correspondence, pilot Larry Visoski cautioned that the Boeing Business Jet’s serial number and prior registration as “N313P” could pose problems for international travel, particularly in the Middle East.
Link to CIA Rendition Flights
Visoski noted that the plane “was used as a CIA plane to transport prisoners to Guantanamo Bay” and referenced an online article describing it as a “Torture Plane.” The email included a link detailing the aircraft’s alleged role in the post-9/11 CIA program in which detainees were covertly transferred to overseas detention sites. The Justice Department released the correspondence as part of thousands of documents made public under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, signed into law by President Donald Trump in November.
Document Release and Controversy
The latest document drop is part of an ongoing release of Epstein-related materials, which has included photos, grand jury transcripts, and investigative records—many heavily redacted. The Justice Department stated the redactions aim to protect victims’ identities and privacy, though some Democrats have criticized them as violating transparency laws. The agency also confirmed it has received over one million additional documents potentially related to the Epstein case.
