Soviet-era bunker in Lviv built to protect from Nazis reopened amid war
Ukrainians, who created new shelters after the Russian attacks, recently unearthed a Soviet-era shelter used in World War II. Located in the Imeni Ivana Franka Park in Lviv, the shelter, which has been under the ground for many years, was dug and opened by volunteers. The shelter had the capacity to accommodate hundreds of people during the bombardment.
