Spain's Barcelona Lassa defeat Turkey's Anadolu Efes 80-65

The 15th round of the 2018-19 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season continued with 4 matches on Thursday night.

Spain's Barcelona Lassa defeated Turkey's Anadolu Efes 80-65 at home.

Barcelona finished the first half of the regular season with 8 wins, 7 losses while Anadolu Efes had 9 wins, 6 losses and stayed at the fourth place.

At home in Istanbul, Turkey’s Darussafaka Tekfen beat Greece’s Olympiakos 79-75 to end its 12-game losing streak in Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.

Darussafaka's top scorer against Olympiakos, Toney Douglas played with 19 points, 9 assists and 5 steals.

Russia's Khimki was defeated by Spain's Baskonia 77-85 at home while Israel's Maccabi FOX beat Italy's AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan 94-92 at home.

This year's Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season will reach the halfway mark of its first stage on Friday.

Last year’s EuroLeague finalist Fenerbahce Beko currently top the league with 13 wins and one loss.

Fenerbahce Beko has a 10-game winning streak on the line, when they will take on reigning champion Real Madrid in Istanbul on Friday.

EuroLeague competitions bring Europe's top basketball clubs together.

Sixteen teams are competing this season -- four Spanish, three Turkish, two Russian, and two Greek teams, and one team each from Germany, Italy, Israel, Lithuania, and Montenegro.

Turkey is represented in the tournament by Anadolu Efes, Fenerbahce, and Darussafaka.

The regular season will be played from Oct. 11, 2018 to April 5, 2019. The best 8 teams of 16 teams will advance to the playoffs.

The playoffs will be played between April 16-30. The winners will advance to the final four.

The final four will be played between May 17-19 in single elimination matchups.
