NBA: Celtics defeat Pacers, advance to East semis

Boston Celtics complete sweep of Indiana Pacers with 110-106 score, move on to semi-finals

The Boston Celtics defeated the Indiana Pacers 110-106 on Sunday to advance to the Eastern Conference semifinals.

The NBA playoffs continued with four matches on Sunday, which saw three teams taking commanding 3-1 leads and Celtics completing the sweep of Pacers with 4-0 series win.

The Celtics, playing away, managed to hold onto their 83-82 lead which they had with 6:45 to go in the game.

Gordon Hayward scored 20 points off the bench to inspire the Celtics, while Marcus Morris and Jayson Tatum added 18 points in the victory.

Center Al Horford scored 14 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, while Kyrie Irving scored 14 points and dished out seven assists.

Warriors beat Clippers to lead series 3-1

The reigning champions Golden State Warriors defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 113-105 to take a commanding series lead with 3-1.

Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson were influential in the victory as they scored 33 and 32 points respectively.

Despite superstar Stephen Curry's off shooting night (3/14 from the field) the Warriors managed to get the job done.

For the Clippers, rookie Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's 25 points were not enough, as they are now in must-win situation for the remainder of the series.

Raptors beat Magic to lead series 3-1

The Toronto Raptors also defeated the Orlando Magic 107-85 to lead their series 3-1, behind superstar Kawhi Leonard's 37 points.

The Raptors will now look to close out the series at home.

Portland beat Thunder to lead series 3-1

The Portland Trail Blazers won against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday's last matchup 111-98, leading the series 3-1.

Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum were on fire for the Blazers, combining for 51 of the team's 111 total points.

The series will now shift back to Portland, where the Blazers look to close out the series in front of home crowd.
