According to reports, the Wielkopolskie Oncology Centre (WCO) in Poznan carried out the initial surgery with the new da Vinci 5 robot on Thursday. The hospital has scheduled further operations in the coming days, establishing it as the first public healthcare facility in the country to deploy this latest-generation robotic system for standard patient care.

Enhanced Surgical Capabilities

The US-manufactured robot, primarily utilized for oncological surgeries, represents a technological leap forward.
