The Davutoğlu government

Another important question of the new period had found an answer.

The Davutoglu government had been formed.

In a short time, plenty of painless important alterations had been carried out.

While preserving his party"s integrity, Erdogan had become the President.

When Özal had become the Presidential candidate, ANAP Congressman Fethi Çelikbas had become a candidate against him.

At Çankaya, between Erdogan and Gül, a hand over, which brings forth the "Brotherhood Code" rather than resentments, had been experienced.

Prime Ministry knot had been solved smoothly. Davutoglu, who had entered the congress as the mutual candidate, had been elected with the majority of the votes.

Özal, who had allowed ANAP to be taken over by Mesut Yilmaz, had his brother Yusuf Özal form the New Party.

Demirel, who wanted to have "Ismet Abi" elected, had lost to Tansu Çiller in the congress room, and the Demirel-Çiller fight had paved the way for DYP"s disintegration. This fight was so severe that, Demirel had divided DYP and formed the umbrella party of the February 28, DTP.

Even Demirel, who had left his mark on the last 50 years of the Turkish politics, and Özal, who had shaped the politics of the 80s, could manage to actualize this transformation with such expertise.

Erdogan had survived these calamities. And with his strong leadership and an "Alexandretta"s sword" -like move, he had untied the knot and moored AK Party"s ship to a tranquil harbor.

Thus, the three S formula had been activated.

Strong President, Strong Prime Minister and Strong Cabinet.

Now it"s time for strong performance.

Because there are only 283 days left for the Prime Minister Davutoglu before the elections on 7 June 2015.

Yesterday Davutoglu had formed the government. New Ministers had sat in their chairs. Ex-Ministers had handed their positions over. But, I had focused on one picture.

Besir Atalay, had handed over his position, which he had continued for 12 years. We are all human. People are affected by such situations.

Although, Besir Atalay, who had handed over his Ministerial position, and Davutoglu had left the Prime Ministry building together and head to the Friday prayer.

Davutoglu had driven and returned Besir Atalay in his official car. They had prayed at Kocatepe and had eaten lunch together.

This a rare incident in politics. Case people are like this.

Yalçin Akdogan, who had accepted the Deputy Prime Minister role, had said, "During Bayrams, I used to go visit Mr. Besir with my kids" during the handover ceremony. He continued, "We had passed some difficult times in these 12 years. Either I had called Besir, or he called me. From now on, whenever I"m having hard time I"d call him".

While Emrullah Isler stated that he is happy to hand over his Ministerial position to a friend, whom he had known for 40 years, Mevlüt Çavusoglu had presented an attitude like "Volkan Bozkir was our brother from New-York".

These are attitudes that win prestige for politics.

Now, let"s talk about the alterations in the Ministries.

Yalçin Akdogan is one of the important names for the Strong Cabinet model.

Yalçin Akdogan, who is one of the closest colleagues of Erdogan as the key advisor, being the closest names to Davutoglu in the Cabinet, is also a memory transfer between the President Erdogan and the Prime Minister Davutoglu.

AK Party"s most important project is the resolution process. They are working on making 2015 the year, in which PKK will announce that they had bid farewell to weapons. Yalçin Akdogan had taken the flag in the most critical stage of the resolution process, in which Besir Atalay has great contributions.

Mr. Yalçin will also continue producing politics at AK Party, which will be going to the ballot box once again after nine times.

Emrullah Isler, who had performed successfully during his short-time Ministerial position, had been forced to hand over his position because of the fact that there are two Vice-Prime Ministers in the Cabinet from Ankara, like Ali Babacan and Yalçin Akdogan. Parallel supporters shouldn"t get credit for this situation. Emrullah Isler will continue being a strong name in politics.

His upright position and his breakthroughs that had designated the agendas in politics, were sufficient to make him an important figure in the Turkish politics.

Whomever I had talked to after the Cabinet alteration, they were telling me that Emrullah Isler had been a surprise for them. As a shimmery, backboned, and upright young politician, I believe that Emrullah Isler has future in politics. I have no doubt that the Prime Minister Davutoglu"s "In the new phase, we will continue working closely with him" words won"t be hanging in the air.

As for Numan Kurtulmus, who is handling the Deputy Prime Minister role in the new cabinet, he is a gain.

Before Mr. Numan had joined AK Party, during a reception at the Çankaya Palace, Mr. Tayyip had told Mr. Numan"s wife Miss Sevgi, "Persuade this man and bring him". Mr. Numan and Süleyman Soylu had joined AK Party and made important contributions. By the means of always carrying them to important positions, Mr. Tayyip had paved the way for other names that might join AK Party.

Bülent Arinç, who is one of the "Big Brothers" of AK Party, is also one of the names in politics that has remorse. Preserving his position in the new government was a spot on choice.

The most critical changes in the struggle with the parallel structure had happened between Hayati Yazici and Nurettin Canikli.

I don"t want to say anything about Mr. Hayati, but with his accumulation, practicality and ability of making quick decisions, Nurettin Canikli had fit perfectly into the Ministry.
