Turkey’s mere presence is imperialists’ worst nightmare!

I want to start this column with a quote from my previous one:

“The Ottoman Empire being stopped changed the course of history. It is after the Ottomans were stopped, or after it withdrew from the history scene, that the Western imperialists, especially the British and French, divided the Ottoman region, drew maps from scratch, and invented artificial, fake statelets, sheikhdoms, emirates, in short, middle men and satellite countries.

Everywhere was turned into bombs ready to explode.”

All these are radical problems caused in our country and region are the result of the failure to virtually/spiritually stop the Ottomans despite hindering them physically/ on the ground.

Western great powers divided the Ottoman Empire and swarmed over it like hungry wolves, divided and split it between them; but they are yet to be satisfied!

They have been striking the Ottoman region – and our country, whose claims and identity have been destroyed, whose honor has been insulted – time and again for a century, saying, “This giant is not dead, it is not dying, it is striving to get back up again, to stand.”

Our 34 troops being martyred in Idlib as a result of the Syrian regime’s fickle attacks was the last straw.

They are messing with our honor and dignity.

They are testing our patience.

I am not only talking about the murderous Syrian regime. I am talking about the Russians, the Iranians, the Americans, the Israelis and, as a matter of fact, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia, all of which are backing the Syrian regime.

Countries that could not possibly unite under normal circumstances have gathered with respect to the case of Turkey and are working towards besieging and attacking Turkey, to make our country surrender.

Turkey’s presence alone, its attitude in support of the oppressed is enough to spoil imperialists’ plans, make their blood boil and drive them to barbarism!

We are the only country to foil the global system’s ploys.

We are the only actor exposing to the world that the global system is based on soulless, unprincipled, lawless and imperialist foundations.

They know that Turkey, with the millennium-old Islamic civilization quest it has shown that it is the only country in the world that has presented theoretical and practical ways to solve the disasters, chaos and destruction the world is facing.

The world’s most fundamental problem is the burning question of how societies that are members of different religious faiths, cultures, civilizations, ethnicities can co-exist peacefully.

During their three-four centuries of world dominance with the European World Order they established after the 1648 Westphalia Treaty, the West proved that it cannot achieve this end.

On the contrary, they did quite the opposite: they invaded all continents, colonized them all, wiped out all civilizations, fossilized all religions, in short, they did not give the chance to live to others, and established an unjust, lawless hegemony over the world by plundering it.

Of course, they realized enlightenment revolutions, political revolutions, scientific revolutions, industrial revolutions, but they used all these as a weapon to further plunder the world and wipe out civilizations – and they still continue to use them in the same way!

In a nutshell, imperialists and their servants can try all they want to siege Turkey; they will not be able to get Turkey to surrender. Turkey is much stronger in many aspects compared to a century ago.

Turkey’s presence is Western imperialists’ worst nightmare. As I always say, Turkey is the world’s soul and hope for the oppressed and a nightmare for the imperialists.

Let us not forget that we will take matters into our own hands.

Of course, we are going to be thorough. Of course, we are going to adhere to all rules of diplomacy and use its methods; we are going to be meticulous to avoid making major mistakes; but we are never going to bow down to the imperialists and their servants.
