Galatasaray renews deal with Muslera

Galatasaray confirmed the deal on Monday.

The Turkish side's Uruguayan star, who will compete for his national team in the World Cup this summer, will be paid 2.7 million euros for the upcoming season; it has been reported that this annual amount could increase and Muslera stands to earn 13.2 million euros for the next four seasons in total.

The 27-year-old 'keeper will also get a per match bonus valued at 15,000 euros for 2014-15 season; for the remaining three seasons this amount will be increased to 20,000 euros.

Having been purchased from Italian Serie A team Lazio in 2011, Muslera, who has become an integral part of Galatasaray and a fan favorite, had signed a five-year deal with the Istanbul club.
