Turkish defense company Havelsan has supplied its indigenous Advent combat management and Fleetstar data distribution systems to the Indonesian Navy. The systems have been integrated into the KRI Belati-622 fast attack craft following successful sea and live-fire tests.

Turkish defense technology company Havelsan has successfully delivered its nationally developed combat management systems to the Indonesian Navy, marking a significant export achievement for Türkiye's defense industry. The Advent combat management system and Fleetstar platform data distribution system have been integrated into Indonesia's KCR-60 class fast attack craft KRI Belati-622.

Successful Testing and Integration

The Turkish-made systems underwent comprehensive sea acceptance and live-fire testing before being officially deployed on the Indonesian naval vessel. The SATGAS test team, Indonesian Defense Ministry officials, and the local shipyard all acknowledged Advent's superior performance and Havelsan's effective technical support during the evaluation process, confirming the systems' operational readiness.

Strategic Export to Asia-Pacific

This delivery represents Havelsan's first defense export to the Asia-Pacific region and specifically to the Indonesian Navy. Havelsan General Manager Mehmet Akif Nacar told Anadolu Agency that the project originated from a 2022 contract with Indonesian shipbuilder PT Tesco Indomartim, stating *"We made our first delivery for the KRI Belati-622 platform—our Advent and Fleetstar systems demonstrated outstanding performance on this platform just like they have on the Turkish Naval Forces platforms."*

Future Expansion Plans

The company aims to build on this initial success with additional Indonesian naval platforms. Nacar added that *"We aim to continue to build upon this success with the OPV-90, Merah Putih, and other KCR-60 and KCR-70 class platforms,"* indicating potential for expanded defense cooperation between Türkiye and Indonesia in the naval systems domain.
