German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has revealed that NATO allies are engaged in discussions to formulate a joint security approach for Greenland, the vast autonomous Danish territory in the Arctic. Merz noted that Germany’s foreign minister is currently involved in talks in Washington, D.C., where Greenland's security will be a key topic.
