Four civilians killed and 15 others injured in attack
Four civilians lost their lives and 15 others were injured Thursday when a warplane of Assad regime targeted a market in Idlib province, Syrian Civil Defense sources said.
The sources, who spoke to Anadolu Agency on condition of anonymity because of safety concerns, said that a regime Su-24 jet targeted a livestock market near the opposition-controlled city of Saraqib.
The injured were taken to field hospitals.
As many as 470,000 people have been killed since the beginning of the five-year-long civil war in Syria.
The same figures show that 6.5 million Syrians were evacuated to the safe zone, while 5 million were forced to emigrate.
