Here is the crypto phone wiretapping list

The wiretappings related to the crypto phones are under the shadow of espionage and illegal wiretapping investigation in Istanbul.

Though, crypto phone wiretappings meant entering the state"s bedroom and being able to reach confidential information.

Who will possess this information, which we can easily call state secrets?

The Prime Minister will possess it.

The President of the Assembly and Chief of Defense will have it in their possession.

The members of the Ministerial Cabinet, the General Secretary of MGK or the MIT Undersecretary will possess it.

During the investigation related with crypto phones, it was revealed that other than President Abdullah Gül, everybody"s – memorable names in the state – crypto phone conversations were wiretapped and recorded.

Now, the answer is being sought for the question "For whom were these wiretappings carried out and to which country was this serving?"

The Minister of Science, Industry and Technology, Fikri Isik, had stated that they are working on determining where the wiretapping endings are leading.

It"s important to make a reminder.

When the Prime Minister"s conversations via crypto phones were edited and serviced by the parallel structure after the December 25 operation, it was revealed that the crypto phones of the state were being wiretapped.

On top of that, an extensive investigation was carried out in TÜBITAK. TÜBITAK Vice President, Hasan Palaz, who was operating the software of crypto phones, had been removed from his position. It"s claimed that Palaz had escaped abroad.

Minister Fikri Isik had explained the following of the story.

From the crumbs of information, which were gathered after TÜBITAK experts" examination at TIB, left in the hard drives, which were deleted 30-40 times, it was confirmed that crypto phones were being wiretapped. During the Gölbasi Chief Public Prosecutor Office"s raid on TIB, images of the hard drives were taken. After comparing the results gathered by TÜBITAK experts" investigation at TIB and the images, it had been confirmed that 80 out of 164 crypto phones had been wiretapped.

The wiretaps were made at TIB, but according to the Minister of Industry Fikri Isik, " In order to wiretap a crypto phone, TÜBITAK, Police, TIB and even the law sometimes has to be involved in it. Now, it"s not as if these people had met each other in their dreams. It"s obvious that there is an organized structure."

There are 164 crypto phones, whose software had been programmed by TÜBITAK, under the use of the state"s strategic units. Until now, it was confirmed that 80 of them were wiretapped. It doesn"t mean that the rest haven"t been wiretapped. For example, wiretappings centered on phones used by President Gül and the Chief of Police haven"t been confirmed yet.

They had listened to the Prime Minister and President of the Assembly, but not the President, right? They had listened to the Minister of Domestic Affairs, but not the Chief of Police…

We had asked this to the Minister of Industry Fikri Isik.

He said:

"We had reached the confirmation that 80 phones were wiretapped, through the crumbs. It means that, all of it was saved, but we just manage to reach 80 of them. Our President"s number is not on the list, but as I"ve said, 99.9% of those numbers will be inside those 164 wiretapped numbers."

Then, whose phones had a place in the list of these confirmed 80 telephones?

Following the studies carried out at TÜBITAK and TIB, it has been confirmed whose phones were wiretapped, name by name. The wiretapped list of 80 people had been clarified. Some units had more than one phone assigned. Most phones are in strategic units like General Staff, Foreign Affairs and MIT.

Besides, crypto phones had been assigned to Force Commanders and Army Commanders in General Staff. General Staff had taken a different precaution than the rest of the establishments. They had separated crypto and certificate from one another. But this precaution had been useless as well.

After our strategic establishment"s meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs had been wiretapped and serviced, does it really matter whether their crypto phones had been wiretapped or not?

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Davutoglu, MIT Undersecretary Fidan, 2nd Chief of General Staff Güler, who were wiretapped during the critical Syria meeting, weren"t able to escape from crypto wiretappings that day. It means that a special interest was shown to strategic targets.

Now it"s time to talk about whose crypto phones had been wiretapped…

Thirty crypto phones had been assigned to the General Staff. Inside the files, which someone attempted to erase, it had been confirmed that 15 of them were wiretapped. Also, the Presidency of the General Staff, Military Department and Army Department are using crypto phones.

There is another name other than a military or political target. The Constitutional Court President Hasim Kiliç.

Hasim Kiliç had been on the top of the agenda with his speech, which fell on the contrary to his past legal acquis, during the establishment anniversary of the Constitutional Court. Kilic"s crypto phone was also confirmed as being wiretapped.

Meanwhile, MGK General Secretary Muammer Türker is also another name who had been wiretapped. Türker prepares the agenda of MGK and carries out the studies of MGK meetings. Who should they wiretap other than him?
