The black propaganda won"t be able to darken the truth

A darkening propaganda is being performed over the operation being conducted by the Istanbul Public Prosecutor"s Office about espionage and organized crimes.

Against whom is this operation being carried out?

According to the congregation"s press, the December 17th and 25th operations are being punished.

Then, who had conducted the December 17th and 25th? The Fiscal Office.

According to Zaman Newspaper"s news on July 21st, the ex-chief of Istanbul Fiscal Office, Yakup Saygili, who had conducted the December 17th and 25th operations, had written a letter titled "There is a smell of operation in the air". He was not content with this, and in order to deny the news about him being taken into custody, he had made an announcement to the TV channel reporters in front of his house.

Because the operation is not related with December 17th and 25th.

Because the operation is not directed at the Fiscal Office, which carried out the operations on December 17th and 25th. Because of illegal wiretappings and espionage claims, this operation is directed at the Intelligence and Organization Office.

The operation is related to the wiretappings of 2280 people, namely Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and MIT undersecretary Hakan Fidan, for 3 years under the name of the Selam-Tevhid terrorist organization.

By means of wiretapping the Prime Minister"s conversations with the President of Somalia and Palestine Head of State and MIT undersecretary"s phone calls, an operation on espionage and organized crime is being conducted.

Since the moment the operation button had been hit, the parallel structure"s black propaganda personnel had started a perception operation, which is of the idea that the revenge of the December 17th operation is being taken, and they are still pursuing it.

That is incorrect. The operation is completely about the Selam-Tevhid investigation.

I"m talking about the wiretappings of Numan Kurtulmus, Hakan Fidan, Efkan Ala, Yalçin Akdogan, Yusuf Ziya Cömert, Ibrahim Kargül and finally, Prime Minister Erdogan.

I"m referring to wiretappings of Defne Samyeli, Can Dündar, Ertugrul Özkök and Ismail Küçükkaya within the scope of the Selam-Tevhid organization, which is associated with Iran.

I don"t know about Can Dündar, but I"ve always carried the suspicion about Defne Samyeli being the commander of Selam-Tevhid organization"s Hazret-i Fatima Brigade.

Somehow, the Iran associated Selam-Tevhid organization has always been remembered during coup periods.

Even the February 28th individuals had clanged on the Selam-Tevhid or Jerusalem-Selam organization.

The generals, who had mobilized to overthrow Refahyol on February 28th, had introduced the Jerusalem-Selam organization to the markets.

I"m referring to the infamous Umut Operation.

Military drills had been conducted in front of Ugur Mumcu"s and Bahriye Üçok"s house, and the terrorist, who had shown the position of the bomb he had planted under Ahmet Taner Kislali"s car, had been told about the position of the bomb during this military drill.

Jerusalem-Selam had been introduced to the market in order to produce revolution conditions. We were quite experienced in these matters.

Building blocks of the February 28th period had been paved with the Jerusalem-Selam organization and the unidentified assassinations oriented towards the intelligentsia.

We had seen that even the parallel coup-mind set people, who were aiming to overthrow the government with the December 17th coup and hand cuff Erdogan, had put the Selam-Tevhit organization into action.

The Selam-Tevhit investigation, which had been conducted over three years, had been handed to the Istanbul Public Prosecutor"s Office on the morning of December 17th.

So that if the coup were to be successful, they could have gathered all these names.

The public opinion received the information, that Pennsylvania"s deep ear had been wiretapping artists, politicians, executives of NGOs and journalists for three years, from the Yeni Safak and Star Newspapers" news on February 24th.

As soon as this news was published, parallel media had mobilized to refute it.

Thereupon, on the same day, Chief Prosecutor of Istanbul Public Prosecutor"s Office Hadi Salihoglu in a written statement confirmed the wiretappings of 2280 people for three years even though it wasn"t an armed terror protest or terror planning. This statement is still up on the official website of the Istanbul Public Prosecutor"s Office.

In other words, unlike the claims of the parallel structure"s black propaganda personnel, Hadi Salihoglu had made this announcement on that day as well; he is not doing it just today.

In the announcement, it was underlined that while the conversation records of the third party individuals, who are not directly related with the investigation, should have been destroyed and they should"ve been informed about it, rather on the contrary, these recordings had been included to the case file. This is a really important point.

The Chief Prosecutor of Istanbul Public Prosecutor"s Office, in his statement on July 22nd, had confirmed once again that despite the lack of evidence on the formation of a terrorist organization, the investigation had started in 2010, and for three years 251 targeted people and 2280 people in total had been wiretapped.

Because these wiretappings are judiciary, not informative. In other words, these are the wiretappings that were used as evidence in the court.

You had entered people"s lives for 3 years and tapped them. Then what happened?

As a result of the conducted investigation, the Istanbul Public Prosecutor"s Office had decided on a no suit.

However, those recordings are still there.

Won"t these be called to account?

Via 251 targeted people, you had wiretapped the state. So much so that you had even wiretapped the meetings between the Prime Minister and the President of Somalia and the Palestine Head of the State.

You had wiretapped the MIT undersecretary under the code name of "Emin". You had wiretapped the Minister of Energy.

Then, under which country"s name did you carry these out?

To which country did you service these?

In whose behalf did you conduct this espionage activity?

Won"t these actions be accounted for?

I had examined the wiretapping list of 2280 people one by one.

I had even slammed this in the face of Nazli Ilicak first and then Idris Bal on the CNN Türk screens.

Without even writing their names, 289 people had been wiretapped by only indicating their phone numbers. In what kind of a state of law does this happen? Then whose names would you have written in that X-marked blank and would have darkened their lives?

If these were destroyed, I would even understand that. They were even preserved in tapes. There are 1706 taped wiretaps, of which 289 of them are X-marked. Within this scope, 572 investigation files had been opened.

The Istanbul Public Prosecutor"s Office had called the people, whose names are mentioned within the scope of this investigation, to give a statement. They had listened to their voices there. They had seen the recordings of their conversations. The files of environment wiretapping and physical pursuits has been presented in front of them.

Their lives had been exposed. Even their conversations with their wives/husbands had been recorded for three years. Of course they had complained about this situation.

Here, the role of a journalist is to bring this situation to be accounted for and ask;

Why did you wiretap Defne Samyeli, Banu Güven?

Why did you expose the lives of 2 women?

Why did you record the conversations of Ibrahim Karagül?

…..

What it means to be a journalist is to ask; why did you record the conversations of Prime Minister Erdogan with other presidents, to which countries did you deliver this, and on which country"s behalf did you conduct espionage activities?

For now, the prosecutors will be asking these questions to themselves within the scope of this investigation.

I hope that they have an answer to give.

Journalists cannot defend the wiretapping of people, who are unrelated with the investigation, for three years.

Journalists cannot defend the wiretappings of 289 people, who are within the scope of a terrorist organization investigation but with X marks, turning these conversations into recordings without destroying them and the opening of X marked investigation files.

Journalists defend the people whose lives are exposed, rather than people who enter others" lives.

Journalists defend the ones who expose the wiretappings on the Prime Minister"s conversations with other presidents, rather than the ones who record it.

Journalists don"t defend the transformation of a country into a deep ear, but rather, call the people, who desire this transformation, to be held accountable.

Today, Nazli Ilicak, to whom I had written an article for which I"ve been judged, because of her stance on February 28th, can back up the re-service of the Jerusalem-Selam organization, which was introduced to the market to create a coup environment on February 28th, on December 17th this time.

What a sorrowful incident.

Even though there wasn"t any relation to the ODA TV investigation, a note has been mentioned, which I found non-ethical, and Nazli Ilicak"s and Güneri Civaoglu"s statements were consulted. Today, the same Nazli ilicak is beating herself up to defend the people, who had formed this conspiracy and who had exposed the lives of her women colleagues, rather than calling these people to be accountable, Even this shame towards her fellow collleagues is sufficient for her.
