Istanbul is set to host the World Halal Summit and Halal Expo next month, a major gathering aimed at strengthening international trade and commercial ties within the global halal economy. Scheduled for November 26-29 at the Istanbul Fair Center, the event will feature country-specific business forums and extensive B2B meetings, positioning Türkiye as a central hub for Islamic-oriented trade and economic diplomacy.

A key focus of the four-day summit will be dedicated business forums for Oman, Yemen, Tunisia, and Palestine. According to Yunus Ete, President of the World Halal Summit Council, "productive meetings" have already been held with Omani officials, exploring cooperation in sectors like defense, energy, and tourism, laying the groundwork for the upcoming Türkiye-Oman Business Forum.
