The plan was initiated after the independence referendum held in northern Iraq, which aimed to divide Turkey, failed.

The U.S. and Israel have mobilized to execute their plans to divide Saudi Arabia into four states, following the announcement that the kingdom will begin to promote “moderate Islam” under King Salman.

A report published in 2006 by a prominent Neo-Con claimed that the event of 9/11 have accelerated the plans to redraw the borders of the Middle East.

The plan was initiated after the independence referendum held in northern Iraq, which aimed to divide Turkey, failed.

According to U.S. plans, Saudi Arabia will be divided into four regions; Mecca and Medina will be run as a structure similar to the Vatican. The second Riyadh-based region will be the capital of the “moderate Islam” project. The rest of Saudi territories will be annexed for the purpose of establishing a “Great Israel.” A Shia state will be established in the regions of Al-Qatif and al-Dammam.

Plan to split Turkey failed, second phase put in motion

Back in 2006, Ralph Peters, one of the most prominent Neo-Cons, prepared a piece for the Washington Enterprise Institute titled “Blood Borders,” which was published in the American Armed Forces Journal at the time.

Peters claimed that in order to “spread democracy and dry the roots of terrorism,” there’s a need to redraw the borders of the Middle East, for which he provided a map.

The map planned on dividing Turkey included an imagined Kurdish and Armenian terror state, which was foiled and discarded after the failed illegal referendum in Iraq. For that reason, the U.S. has mobilized to launch its second scenario which included a “divided Saudi Arabia.”

On Sept. 25, the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) held an illegal referendum, voting on whether or not to declare independence from Baghdad.

A plan for a secular ‘Muslim Vatican’ caliph

The U.S. has forced Saudi Arabia to conduct an urgent intervention in order to establish hegemony over Mecca and Medina which deeply influences the Islamic world and is an oil-rich region with its royal family which consists of various tribes.

Saudi Arabian authorities arrested 38 high-profile figures last week, including princes and current and former ministers on “anti-corruption” charges. Eleven princes, four current ministers and dozens of former ministers were among those who were detained. The arrest orders came from an “anti-corruption” committee just hours after the King Salman issued a Royal Decree to form the committee, which is headed by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Included in the Neo-Con roadmap are plans to crown a “Secular Caliph” to preside over the special administrative region of Mecca-Medina.

Thus the U.S. hopes that it will more easily control the Muslim world through such a plan as a “puppet caliph” will reign over a newly-created Hijaz-based “holy city” that is solely made up of Mecca and Medina.

According to Pentagon/CIA plans, the aim is to seize control over Mecca and Medina from the Saudis and set up a council that is comprised of all Muslim groups to create a Muslim state similar to the Vatican, in hopes that such a state will not be a source of discomfort to the West.

"Confined to a rump Saudi Homelands Independent Territory around Riyadh, the House of Saud would be capable of far less mischief toward Islam and the world," reads the report.

Plan to be actualized in 10 years

A ten-year plan is said to be currently in preparation to draw a new map that encompasses the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan.

Specialists also point that, as well as Shia-majority regions being divided, the country might be divided into "emir" states. The Saudi regions of al-Qatif, al-Ahsaa, al-Dammam, Zahran, Khubar and al-Jubail are home to large Shia populations.

These plans aim to change the administrative criteria upon which Saudi Arabia was founded by King Abdulaziz 50 years ago, and as a result of the ongoing conflicts with Yemen, Saudi will be under great risk of disintegration.

The current internal strife and political development engulfing Yemen, Bahrain and Lebanon will be mobilized to achieve the planned end-result for the region.

It is said that U.S.’s plans may be altered simultaneously to account for more divisions that may occur due to any possible developments in the future.
