Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has outlined a multi-pronged diplomatic strategy, with parallel negotiation tracks actively underway with the United States and European partners. A key military-focused working group is being prepared in Germany, dedicated to crafting concrete security guarantees for Ukraine. The group is to be led by Lieutenant General Mykhailo Hnatov and will include representatives from Ukraine's armed forces, intelligence, and security agencies. This track addresses Kyiv's core demand for binding, sustained international security commitments to deter future aggression.

Economic reconstruction planning in the US

Concurrently, a separate group concentrating on economy, reconstruction, and investment has begun its work in the United States. The Ukrainian delegation is headed by Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko, alongside Deputy Prime Minister Taras Kachka and Economy Minister Oleksii Sobolev, supported by expert advisors. This team's objective is to structure international support and private investment for Ukraine's post-war recovery.

Ongoing high-level diplomatic coordination

Zelenskyy described a third, continuous line of communication involving daily online contacts between national security advisers and other senior officials designated by allied leaders. Defense Minister Rustem Umerov is moderating these discussions for Kyiv within what Zelenskyy termed the "Coalition of the Willing."
